Local hibachi restaurant in need of Flowstate Power Washing's "kitchen exhaust and vent cleaning services". This is typically a night time job for us once the kitchen closes. We used plastic sheeting to create a funnel under the hood vent to route the dirty water into a 55 gallon trash can. The prep work is crucial when executing this type of job professionally. This customer's vent, duct, and exhaust system was degreased, scraped, pressure washed, and cleaned. The client said he had never seen it so clean in the 7 years he's owned the restaurant. The kitchen exhaust and vent system had massive amounts of cooking grease. It was very dirty, but nothing we can't handle!
